Andrei Joita went to the cornerflag to take it. Lucrețiu Oroian made a great header on FC ciufulici's corner, it was just that Brufoss IL's Borys Witek managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the FC ciufulici defense, Emanuel Markham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Irinel Țâpu. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Irinel Țâpu should have stopped the shot. After 42 minutes Brufoss IL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andrei Joita who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC ciufulici's corner Andrei Joita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Borys Witek quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the FC ciufulici defense, Kent Remme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Irinel Țâpu. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Irinel Țâpu should have stopped the shot. 48 minutes into the match, Kent Remme notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of FC ciufulici's Irinel Țâpu. Irinel Țâpu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucrețiu Oroian made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, FC ciufulici was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Iorgulescu to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Kai Østbye in the 53rd minute really tested Irinel Țâpu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Irinel Țâpu should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Emanuel Markham had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Irinel Țâpu. FC ciufulici's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Markham was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. Frode Tobiassen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
