The Real Marabino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Miguel Araujo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SleddKnicks IF's Petter Jönsson got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th match minute, SleddKnicks IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Högman to maneuver through the defense. Otto Smitt acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Spike Broich. In the 91st minute of the match Real Marabino got a corner. SleddKnicks IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Spike Broich ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amilcar Gomez got free with Otto Smitt in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 96 minutes into the match, Real Marabino's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Ekain came free, but Dime La Rocca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
