The GrassNuts FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 10th minute Edgardo Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Peng Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremy Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitaliy van der Aa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes New England Minas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pierre-Emile Højbjerg who took care of the corner kick. GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Silva in the 17th minute of play. After 18 minutes GrassNuts FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Glen Conklin who took care of the corner kick. 20 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Vitaliy van der Aa came free, but Jeremy Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Su Peng Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Edgardo Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Peng Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match New England Minas got a corner. GrassNuts FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Glen Conklin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of New England Minas booed when GrassNuts FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Finnman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremy Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The attack was good, but when Pierre-Emile Højbjerg in the 34th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgardo Silva in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Su Peng Jian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeremy Nicholas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitaliy van der Aa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Verner Wahlnäs in the 46th minute of play. Jeremy Nicholas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. A collision led to New England Minas getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Glen Conklin hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitaliy van der Aa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jeremy Nicholas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre-Emile Højbjerg in the 54th minute. Pierre-Emile Højbjerg kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 54thth minute. Though ot was a great shot New England Minas's keeper Jeremy Nicholas was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Jeremy Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Tio Lio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Peng Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to GrassNuts FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Bernt Finnman hit a great ball. New England Minas made a substitution. Ye Gang Cheng replaced Lalo Rosas. In the 64th minute, Bernt Finnman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Su Peng Jian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Pacheco in the 70th minute of the match. When Alfred Pilarczyk fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GrassNuts FC's protests and gave Alfred Pilarczyk a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, one of GrassNuts FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GrassNuts FC. Jeremy Nicholas made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Vitaliy van der Aa sent off a good shot on target. Alfred Jonsson hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. New England Minas made a substitution. Arturo Sito replaced Edgardo Silva. After a rather tough play, GrassNuts FC's Alfred Jonsson got a free kick in the 89th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Glen Conklin managed to get in a good position for a shot. New England Minas's supporters rose to their feet, but Glen Conklin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Su Peng Jian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Tio Lio put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Su Peng Jian. New England Minas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of GrassNuts FC for a fine match.
