Ronaldo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Angelo Borges got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th minute of the match BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 got a corner. Vista Alegre FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Garoa Bencoiechea ran over to the corner to take the kick. Garoa Bencoiechea made a great header on BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's corner, it was just that Vista Alegre FC's Ronaldo de Moraes managed to reach the ball for a save.
