Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Albertinho Pinho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Maria Teles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Esteban Iztal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Maicon Meira in the 13 minute of the game. In the 14th minute Elpidio Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Albertinho Pinho fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quandus's protests and gave Albertinho Pinho a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Albertinho Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Francis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Maria Teles was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Francis in the 19th minute of play forced Quandus's goalkeeper José Maria Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Cordarell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Teles having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Albertinho Pinho came free, but Branislav Velchevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Elpidio Francis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. José Maria Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Francis in the 30th minute of the match. Elpidio Francis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA booed when Quandus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maicon Meira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Quandus's Maicon Meira got a free kick in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Elpidio Francis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Teles. Quandus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elpidio Francis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 45 minutes into the game, Maicon Meira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quandus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA the free kick. After a rather tough play, Quandus's Maicon Meira got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elpidio Francis to strike the kick off in the second half. If Elpidio Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55th play minutes Elpidio Francis shot 0-6, a short shot which went by José Maria Teles and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Elpidio Francis took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for José Maria Teles to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of José Maria Teles. That made the score 0-8 after 62 minutes of play. Everardo Cordarell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Everardo Cordarell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Maria Teles stood somewhat misplaced when Elpidio Francis came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 73 minute. 76 minutes into the match, André Monclús had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Teles. Quandus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that André Monclús was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Elpidio Francis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Maria Teles having to make a save. Elpidio Francis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but José Maria Teles made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, Quandus's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Francis came free, but José Maria Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a corner. Quandus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mustafa Ali Cansoy ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 84 minutes of play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Bonifacio Suarez made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Maria Teles was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Maria Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. A hard shot 89 in the game by Elpidio Francis from a close distance when the talented José Maria Teles managed to make a qualified save. Quandus's players were relieved. 92 minutes into the game, Maicon Meira threw the ball into play from the sideline. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Bonifacio Suarez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Natanael Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 96th minute, Adhemar Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 97th play minutes Elpidio Francis shot 0-12, a short shot which went by José Maria Teles and just under the crossbar into goal. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA played a much better game than Quandus and deserved their victory. The Quandus players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
