Spectators: 171 (Terracing: 129, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joaquim de Barros took the kick off in the first half of the match. David Aberle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. David Aberle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim de Barros in the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, VB-Team's Joaquim de Barros got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özcan Balcik in the 30th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Aberle came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by VB-Team's Gervásio Severiano. But to his dismay, Gervásio Severiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Martin Rutsch struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Armindo Salgado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uetendorf Wanderers. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Bautista in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Salgado saved VB-Team from getting behind. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Bautista in the 61st minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Glenn Huez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Caeiro in the 68th minute of play forced Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper David Aberle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Rutsch came free, but Armindo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VB-Team's Sandro Leitão was substituted for Qiu Sheng Bang. Luís Caeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88thth minute of the game Giorgos Papaiakovou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Glenn Huez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
