The supporters of Acratas Unidos booed when Farafulla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Behçet Alp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Acratas Unidos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Enrique Theobald in the 16th minute. Acratas Unidos's Enrique Theobald was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Angelo Boni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Acratas Unidos's Carlitos Parodi got control of the ball when Ryan Portanares tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Margus Paukson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Boni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Bidun in the 26th minute of play forced Farafulla FC's goalkeeper Angelo Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Matthias Vall notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Farafulla FC's Angelo Boni. Angelo Boni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelo Boni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Theobald in the 35th minute of the match. Esteban Belo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matthias Vall took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Boni. Angelo Boni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 46thth minute of the game Enrique Theobald who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Farafulla FC's Angelo Boni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Enrique Theobald put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Boni. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matthias Vall stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Acratas Unidos were furious when Evelio Tino was red carded, 52 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Acratas Unidos's Carlitos Parodi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Portanares in the 63rd minute of play. Carlitos Parodi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Behçet Alp, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute Farafulla FC were awarded a corner. Andriy Shevchenko went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Felice Di Ruscio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlitos Parodi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Acratas Unidos's Erasmo Gregory was substituted for Enrique Theobald. Carlitos Parodi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Portanares in the 76th minute of play. Angelo Boni made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Matthias Vall sent off a good shot on target. Farafulla FC's Angelo Boni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Farafulla FC from getting a goal against them.
