Gustavo Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkinoos Margaritas in the 7th minute of the match. Alkinoos Margaritas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Guimarães having to make a save. Mambru Puertas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricky Koppens in the 11th minute of play. Alkinoos Margaritas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Águila's Gustavo Guimarães got control of the ball when Alkinoos Margaritas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute, Alkinoos Margaritas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustavo Guimarães. The goal made the score 2-1. Alkinoos Margaritas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alkinoos Margaritas to make the kick off. If Duško Zambata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Duško Zambata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Gustavo Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duško Zambata, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 90 played minutes AJ Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Lv Chen Xing. AJ Juventus FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
