Roman Adamczak made a great header on CRS Pogoń Barlinek's corner, it was just that Ypiranga FC's Petre Porumboiu managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wincent Rode got free with Petre Porumboiu in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 13 played minutes CRS Pogoń Barlinek got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Mon. In the 16thth minute of the game Romeu Guedes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CRS Pogoń Barlinek's Evert Telin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walery Rode kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some careless play in the CRS Pogoń Barlinek defense, Marin Pârlea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evert Telin. The CRS Pogoń Barlinek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evert Telin should have stopped the shot. Petre Porumboiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Eklund in the 23rd minute of play. Luizinho Veiga took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evert Telin. Evert Telin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Kenneth Eklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petre Porumboiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wincent Rode in the 35th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Ypiranga FC's goalkeeper Petre Porumboiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wincent Rode. 42 minutes into the match, Gilbert Dziurowicz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Petre Porumboiu, 2-2. CRS Pogoń Barlinek's Gilbert Dziurowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wincent Rode was the one to do the kick off. Marin Pârlea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evert Telin came out and tried to block the shot, but Marin Pârlea slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 51st minute. José Furlan scored 2-4 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evert Telin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Petre Porumboiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Dziurowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. CRS Pogoń Barlinek's Evert Telin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gică Leucuța in the 88th minute of play. The referee ignored Ypiranga FC's protests and gave Gică Leucuța a yellow card for diving instead. Gică Leucuța hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute of the match Walery Rode shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petre Porumboiu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Evert Telin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeu Guedes in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ypiranga FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
