Guilherme Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Pierucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 minutes of play, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Fulvio Grande made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guilherme Hermes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 12 minutes into the match, Fulvio Grande notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Desportivo Coala's Guilherme Hermes. Guilherme Hermes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dave Pierucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Guilherme Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dave Pierucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Guilherme Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Pierucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dave Pierucci scored 4-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guilherme Hermes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Dave Pierucci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guilherme Hermes. Guilherme Hermes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Guilherme Hermes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 29th minute, which inside left pole to 6-0. Fulvio Grande took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guilherme Hermes. Guilherme Hermes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 36th minute, Başar Yağın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 played minutes Desportivo Coala got a freekick which was hit by Cauã Novaes. Fulvio Grande struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Guilherme Hermes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.S.C. NAPOLI. After 39 minutes, Carlos Eduardo Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Desportivo Coala and the S.S.C. NAPOLI players grew even worse after the yellow card. S.S.C. NAPOLI made a substitution. Ciccio Bassani replaced Dave Pierucci. The supporters of S.S.C. NAPOLI booed when Desportivo Coala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Eduardo Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulvio Grande got free with Guilherme Hermes in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guilherme Hermes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciccio Bassani, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Desportivo Coala's zone, Fulvio Grande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guilherme Hermes came out of the goal and Fulvio Grande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro Cardozo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Ciccio Bassani notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Desportivo Coala's Guilherme Hermes. Guilherme Hermes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ciccio Bassani managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.S.C. NAPOLI's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciccio Bassani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guilherme Hermes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guilherme Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciccio Bassani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Bassani in the 60th minute of play forced Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Guilherme Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Cardozo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Achille Albanesi made a huge save. Cauã Novaes kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Ciccio Bassani scored 11-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guilherme Hermes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. S.S.C. NAPOLI made a substitution. Corrado Silvestre replaced Fulvio Muzzolon. Guilherme Hermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Bassani in the 81st minute of the match. Ciccio Bassani scored 12-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guilherme Hermes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Fulvio Grande put it in 13-0 from a short distance just to the right of Guilherme Hermes. After having played for 88 minutes, Ciro Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desportivo Coala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Cardozo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guilherme Hermes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciccio Bassani's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Guilherme Hermes came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by S.S.C. NAPOLI's Ciccio Bassani. But to his dismay, Ciccio Bassani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. Guilherme Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Cãpraru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of S.S.C. NAPOLI booed when Desportivo Coala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dewey Crocker didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Grande in the 97th minute of play forced Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Guilherme Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. S.S.C. NAPOLI's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
