A collision led to Defensores del Tiki Tiki getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Damian Laurentzi hit a great ball. Sergey Nikiforenkos short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Edelmiro Haimar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores del Tiki Tiki's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jesús Martín's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edelmiro Haimar firmly grabbed it by the left post. With his leg Edelmiro Haimar managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Defensores del Tiki Tiki's Atilla Bumin Hızlan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sergey Nikiforenko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Edelmiro Haimar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 32 minutes into the game, Sergey Nikiforenko lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Edelmiro Haimar. After a defensive mix-up in Urko FC's zone, Jesús Martín stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Haimar came out of the goal and Jesús Martín tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute, Leon Manny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urko FC's Edelmiro Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesús Martín in the 37th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Urko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesús Martín came free, but Edelmiro Haimar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesús Martín sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the game, Atilla Bumin Hızlan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edelmiro Haimar. Atilla Bumin Hızlan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alonzo Rito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edelmiro Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesús Martín in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Urko FC booed when Defensores del Tiki Tiki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesús Martín didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 played minutes Urko FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Manny. Edelmiro Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergey Nikiforenko in the 57th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Humberto Leocadio sped through Defensores del Tiki Tiki's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erasmo Diegotxe. After 65 played minutes Urko FC got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Salamon. In the 66th minute Atilla Bumin Hızlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Manny kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Erasmo Diegotxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Leocadio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Defensores del Tiki Tiki made a substitution. Bernát Szuper replaced Sergey Nikiforenko. After a defensive mix-up in Urko FC's zone, Laureano Gaskon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Haimar came out of the goal and Laureano Gaskon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th match minute, Urko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Salamon to maneuver through the defense. Edelmiro Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernát Szuper, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Defensores del Tiki Tiki had played much better football throughout.
