When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Kristian Ottaway sped through Kryevidh KF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eustaquio Bernebe. Carl Houghton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Bernebe having to interfere. Kryevidh KF's Eustaquio Bernebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jake Marriott in the 24th minute of play. Eustaquio Bernebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jake Marriott in the 27th minute of the match. Eustaquio Bernebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Ottaway, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute Carl Houghton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Bernebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Kryevidh KF defense, Jake Marriott kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eustaquio Bernebe. The Kryevidh KF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eustaquio Bernebe should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Henley on Thames United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kryevidh KF.
