Wilfredo Irrintzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramzi Drouart in the 4th minute of the match. Wilfredo Irrintzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramzi Drouart, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 9 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Gryffindor Lions's Gogo Timo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Wilfredo Irrintzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramzi Drouart, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Manuel Tonio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabian Söderström firmly grabbed it by the left post. Haithabu FC's Fabian Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Vimaro in the 20th minute of play. Fabian Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Timo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haithabu FC's Fabian Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Vimaro in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Eustacio Gaxan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramzi Drouart might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilfredo Irrintzi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramzi Drouart ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Gryffindor Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Ramzi Drouart came free, but Wilfredo Irrintzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Vimaro in the 36th minute of play. Ramzi Drouart struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Wilfredo Irrintzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haithabu FC. Gryffindor Lions's Wilfredo Irrintzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramzi Drouart in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Gogo Vimaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Norberto Raphael put in a rough tackle. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gryffindor Lions! Wilfredo Irrintzi had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Ramzi Drouart's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramzi Drouart was the one to do the kick off. Wilfredo Irrintzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramzi Drouart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eustacio Gaxan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haithabu FC made a substitution. Gervasio Albonico replaced Kurt Slaghmeulders. Gryffindor Lions's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Ramzi Drouart scored to the left of an out of position Wilfredo Irrintzi, making the score, 0-2. Haithabu FC's Fabian Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Tabby in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Haithabu FC's Ramzi Drouart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilfredo Irrintzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Wilfredo Irrintzi made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Ramzi Drouart sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Gryffindor Lions's Deng Hong Ping got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Haithabu FC booed when Gryffindor Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deng Hong Ping didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute Jacinto Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Irrintzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Torres did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Wilfredo Irrintzi 88 minutes into the match. Gryffindor Lions's Wilfredo Irrintzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Gryffindor Lions from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Haithabu FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
