László Tar hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Gilberto Nayely managed to get in a good position for a shot. Punk Fiction's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Nayely was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konstantin Pančur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Punk Fiction were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after HIT Gorica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eleuterio Gagriel took the corner. The corner led to Punk Fiction's Elpidio Chap getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 16th minute Gilberto Nayely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Pančur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konstantin Pančur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Nayely, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Zlatko Goričan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Jordão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, HIT Gorica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Slawomir Gargasz to maneuver through the defense. Gilberto Nayely fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantin Pančur having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Gilberto Nayely ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konstantin Pančur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Gilberto Nayely took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konstantin Pančur. Konstantin Pančur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. HIT Gorica's Konstantin Pančur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Nayely in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Gilberto Nayely got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute, Elpidio Chap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Punk Fiction were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilberto Nayely was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilberto Nayely in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Konstantin Pančur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to HIT Gorica getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Zlatko Goričan hit a great ball. HIT Gorica made a substitution. Istok Šabotić replaced Duško Turnšek. In the 57th match minute, HIT Gorica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zlatko Goričan to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the game, Gilberto Nayely recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Konstantin Pančur. Gilberto Nayely showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. A nice corner shot did that Eleuterio Gagriel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Konstantin Pančur quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Konstantin Pančur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Nayely in the 65th minute. Konstantin Pančur didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. 74 minutes into the game, Gilberto Nayely cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Konstantin Pančur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. HIT Gorica made a substitution. Wlodzimierz Wlodyga replaced Slawomir Gargasz. HIT Gorica's Konstantin Pančur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save HIT Gorica from getting a goal against them. Konstantin Pančur was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Gilberto Nayely capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gilberto Nayely really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. After 86 minutes, Wlodzimierz Wlodyga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HIT Gorica and the Punk Fiction players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Punk Fiction booed when HIT Gorica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Wlodyga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute Gilberto Nayely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Pančur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konstantin Pančur was a little too slow when Gilberto Nayely got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-8. Konstantin Pančur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gilberto Nayely showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 94 minute of play. Punk Fiction's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
