Iggi Kot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdir Pérez having to make a save. The supporters of União Verde FC booed when FC Gdansk36 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Rekowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piotr Kozlowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valdir Pérez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piotr Kozlowski went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Piotr Kozlowski came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the FC Gdansk36 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piotr Kozlowski couldn't finish the play. A collision led to União Verde FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Haroldo Marinho hit a great ball. After 14 minutes of play, FC Gdansk36's Jan Olisadebe made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdir Pérez was left in no man's land by his defense there! União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Kozlowski in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Piotr Kozlowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Gdansk36 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 26th minute, Iggi Kot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The FC Gdansk36 fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when FC Gdansk36's Piotr Kozlowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 30th minute Piotr Kozlowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdir Pérez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes, Piotr Kozlowski made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute Piotr Kozlowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdir Pérez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A well done corner resulted in Jan Olisadebe drilling the ball in to score 0-6 behind União Verde FC's goalkeeper. In the 41st minute, Piotr Kozlowski made a precise shot to the right of Valdir Pérez. União Verde FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Valdir Pérez didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Gdansk36's Piotr Kozlowski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-9 in the ordered_time% minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-9.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mathias Pirani to make the kick off. Piotr Kozlowski struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. With a left leg Valdir Pérez saved União Verde FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, União Verde FC's Vinícius Lago got a free kick in the 56th minute. Jan Olisadebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Valdir Pérez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdir Pérez came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Gdansk36's Piotr Kozlowski. But to his dismay, Piotr Kozlowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by União Verde FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Witomir Zworski was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Gdansk36's players had a chance to rest. Serginho Ceresso tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Valdir Pérez. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-11 in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Piotr Kozlowski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valdir Pérez, 0-12. Piotr Kozlowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valdir Pérez came out and tried to block the shot, but Piotr Kozlowski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 75th minute. Valdir Pérez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Olisadebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Jan Olisadebe scored 0-14 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdir Pérez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Piotr Kozlowski notched a goal, 0-15, to the right of União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez. Valdir Pérez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 85th match minute, União Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvaldo Camargo to maneuver through the defense. Valdir Pérez made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Witomir Zworski sent off a good shot on target. When Witomir Perkowski fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Gdansk36's protests and gave Witomir Perkowski a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Gdansk36's Witomir Perkowski got a free kick in the 90th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piotr Kozlowski in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdir Pérez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Gdansk36's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
