Kuno Heiberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SITIO CITY's Julio Iglesias got a free kick in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Carlos Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kuno Heiberg. Pendotiba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Kuno Heiberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Carlos Garcia took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kuno Heiberg. Kuno Heiberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Hoffmann in the 28th minute of play forced SITIO CITY's goalkeeper Zé Gato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Eusébio da Costa in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SITIO CITY's Jens-Erik Bryngelsson. In the 33rd minute, Carlos Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kuno Heiberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 38th minute of the match Pendotiba got a corner. SITIO CITY's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ricardinho Trigo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 40 minutes of play, SITIO CITY's Carlos Garcia made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kuno Heiberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 43rd play minutes Carlos Garcia shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Kuno Heiberg and just under the crossbar into goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Hoffmann to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Pendotiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yang Chuan to maneuver through the defense. Pendotiba's Kuno Heiberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Garcia in the 56th minute of play. Carlos Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kuno Heiberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Pendotiba's Kuno Heiberg got control of the ball when Carlos Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kuno Heiberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. Kuno Heiberg made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Carlos Garcia sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Garcia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Kuno Heiberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Carlos Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kuno Heiberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 71st minute Carlos Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuno Heiberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Pendotiba's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Garcia came free, but Kuno Heiberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Iglesias kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. SITIO CITY's Fabian Dalman was substituted for Adolfo Pimenta. Julio Iglesias hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute Pierre-Paul Swin suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The tension between the SITIO CITY and the Pendotiba players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match was over SITIO CITY could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pendotiba throughout the match.
