Solberga BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Filip Kruse in the 34th minute. Gerson Bueno hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Solberga BK defense, Válbson Sarmento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nils Lindholm. The Solberga BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils Lindholm should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nilton Fontes made a kick off. Aloísio Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ertuğrul Ilıcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Umur Şanalp got free with Aloísio Abreu in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Solberga BK's Arne Lundkvist got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 64th match minute, Solberga BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umur Şanalp to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for Matadores FC. Gerson Bueno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nils Lindholm. 5-3. 90 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ertuğrul Ilıcan came free, but Aloísio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Özen Kılınç put it in 5-4 from a short distance just to the right of Aloísio Abreu.
