The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcell Pécsi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Quebrachitos FC's Marcell Pécsi got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Mogel got free with Aloísio Abreu in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aloísio Abreu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremias Librado went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Kire Irving took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válbson Sarmento in the 21st minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Kire Irving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Emanuel Mogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quebrachitos FC's Kire Irving played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerson Bueno in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match Matadores FC got a corner. Quebrachitos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gerson Bueno ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Matadores FC's Nilton Fontes to a score. 2-1 in the 33rd minute. Nilton Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Kire Irving tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kire Irving took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilton Fontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcell Pécsi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes in the game Horácio Zanette did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nilton Fontes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Mogel in the 53rd minute of play forced Matadores FC's goalkeeper Aloísio Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Mogel in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aloísio Abreu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Quebrachitos FC's Celestino Pes got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Celestino Pes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's Emanuel Mogel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aloísio Abreu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Kevin Durant fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quebrachitos FC's protests and gave Kevin Durant a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Quebrachitos FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kevin Durant hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilton Fontes in the 73rd minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Kire Irving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Anacleto Sendoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aloísio Abreu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. If Marcell Pécsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute Matadores FC were awarded a corner. Gerson Bueno went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Matadores FC's Nilton Fontes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Quebrachitos FC could leave the field as winners, despite Matadores FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
