In the 6th minute Flavinho Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarrett Rosenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Donovan Heath hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jarrett Rosenberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavinho Mello in the 14th minute. Breguete FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Flavinho Mello in the 15th minute. If Flavinho Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg got control of the ball when Allan Barral tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jarrett Rosenberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allan Barral in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radu Bulă in the 28th minute of play forced Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Breguete FC's Radu Bulă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jarrett Rosenberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Grant McKay kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavinho Mello in the 41st minute of play forced Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breguete FC's Allan Barral got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 47 played minutes Breguete FC got a freekick which was hit by Allan Andrade. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goalkeeper Jailson Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Fontenot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radu Bulă in the 58th minute of play forced Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavinho Mello in the 60th minute of play. If Flavinho Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 minutes of play, Breguete FC's Radu Bulă made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarrett Rosenberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jarrett Rosenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho Mello in the 70th minute of the match. Grant McKay charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Grant McKay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Allan Barral made a precise shot to the right of Jarrett Rosenberg. Cosmos Soccer Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
