In the 14thth minute of the game Bo Ekström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DeSTeRe's Gazanfer Özcan Demirtaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gazanfer Özcan Demirtaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludvig Nyqvist in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarten Mur in the 23rd minute of play forced DeSTeRe's goalkeeper Gazanfer Özcan Demirtaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Campodónico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ediberto Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 44 minutes, Timóteo Infante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DeSTeRe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timóteo Infante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the DeSTeRe defense, Ivar Holmberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gazanfer Özcan Demirtaş. The DeSTeRe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gazanfer Özcan Demirtaş should have stopped the shot. The DeSTeRe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mockfjärd were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bo Ekström made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sonny Larsson during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ediberto Sampaio in the 59th managed to get into a good position. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gazanfer Özcan Demirtaş showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mockfjärd's Pablo Campodónico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timóteo Infante in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürhan Kamuran in the 87th minute of play forced Mockfjärd's goalkeeper Pablo Campodónico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
