Şanver Başaran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serdar Gulson in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Chico Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loïc Payen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Lobo in the 16th minute of play forced FC Lëtzebuerg's goalkeeper Loïc Payen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şanver Başaran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serdar Gulson, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, A.D.Berazategui's goal looked a bit too open when Serdar Gulson came free, but Şanver Başaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, FC Lëtzebuerg's Serdar Gulson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şanver Başaran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, A.D.Berazategui's Celso Lobo got a free kick in the 27th minute. FC Lëtzebuerg's Serdar Gulson got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, FC Lëtzebuerg's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Cedro came free, but Loïc Payen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serdar Gulson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Şanver Başaran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serdar Gulson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serdar Gulson might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şanver Başaran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serdar Gulson ran back to his position shaking his head. 42 minutes into the match, A.D.Berazategui's goalkeeper Şanver Başaran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serdar Gulson. Şanver Başaran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 48th match minute, A.D.Berazategui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Orlo to maneuver through the defense. A.D.Berazategui's Carmelo Claus was substituted for Celso Lobo. A collision led to A.D.Berazategui getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Alberto Orlo hit a great ball. FC Lëtzebuerg's Qiu Xi Wen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 49th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for A.D.Berazategui.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serdar Gulson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Serdar Gulson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şanver Başaran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şanver Başaran came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lëtzebuerg's Serdar Gulson. But to his dismay, Serdar Gulson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 69 minutes into the match, A.D.Berazategui's goal looked a bit too open when Serdar Gulson came free, but Şanver Başaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, A.D.Berazategui's goal looked a bit too open when Serdar Gulson came free, but Şanver Başaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serdar Gulson struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Şanver Başaran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Lëtzebuerg. After a defensive mix-up in A.D.Berazategui's zone, Serdar Gulson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şanver Başaran came out of the goal and Serdar Gulson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serdar Gulson in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şanver Başaran saved A.D.Berazategui from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Serdar Gulson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Şanver Başaran was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Şanver Başaran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serdar Gulson, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Şanver Başaran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serdar Gulson in the 98th minute of play. A.D.Berazategui's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
