With a little luck, Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx got control of the ball when Erhan Ascı tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Ervigio Ojeda put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Lemi Uğurlubey. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Aytek İmar replaced Filomeno Olivos. Lovis Schobel took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michel Hendrickx. Michel Hendrickx dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Ervigio Ojeda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lemi Uğurlubey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes Gothic Souls's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Kotlar who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Lovis Schobel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gothic Souls's supporters rose to their feet, but Lovis Schobel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Hendrickx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
