Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Cecilio Jax successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pascal Vledder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Lamberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Paulino Lamberto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascal Vledder was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 24th minute, Slim Ben Von Bischhoffshausen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Reinhard Alards managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Digitale Dribbelaars's supporters rose to their feet, but Reinhard Alards was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Jax breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute Paulino Lamberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Vledder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Pascal Vledder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Lamberto in the 29th minute of play. San Martin de Tucuman's Paulino Lamberto managed to work through De Digitale Dribbelaars's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Paulino Lamberto dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The audience was convinced that Paulino Lamberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pascal Vledder was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Jasper Schildkamp charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jasper Schildkamp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes De Digitale Dribbelaars got a freekick which was hit by Jasper Schildkamp. Pascal Vledder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Amesti in the 33rd minute of the match. Kristof Klompe took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cecilio Jax. Cecilio Jax dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 42 minutes into the match, De Digitale Dribbelaars's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Lamberto came free, but Pascal Vledder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cecilio Urbez made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by De Digitale Dribbelaars's Simon Schol. In the 44th minute Marcial Munio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Vledder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascal Vledder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Osoitz in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

A collision led to De Digitale Dribbelaars getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Slim Ben Von Bischhoffshausen hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Marcial Munio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pascal Vledder was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Pascal Vledder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Munio in the 59th minute. Marcial Munio had several of the De Digitale Dribbelaars's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 59 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-3 score and a disappointed Pascal Vledder as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for De Digitale Dribbelaars! The crowd rose to their feet as Anastasio Amesti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pascal Vledder. That made the score 2-4 in the 62 minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Slim Ben Von Bischhoffshausen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cecilio Jax made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. After a rather tough play, De Digitale Dribbelaars's Reinhard Alards got a free kick in the 74th minute. San Martin de Tucuman made a substitution. Hector Gizon replaced Marcial Munio. The corner led De Digitale Dribbelaars's Tytus Grabski to fire away a dangerous shot which Cecilio Jax despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cecilio Jax showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slim Ben Von Bischhoffshausen, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. De Digitale Dribbelaars's Pascal Vledder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save De Digitale Dribbelaars from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Gizon got free with Pascal Vledder in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pascal Vledder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Gizon in the 89th minute. San Martin de Tucuman played a much better game than De Digitale Dribbelaars and deserved their victory. The De Digitale Dribbelaars players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
