In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciudad Tao FC's goalkeeper Vincenzo Landa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomas Ciudad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastian Ziomkowski having to make a save. Sebastian Ziomkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Ciudad in the 4th minute of play. Joakim Vennerlund kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ciudad Tao FC defense, Szymon Cipinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vincenzo Landa. The Ciudad Tao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vincenzo Landa should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in CHMIELAKI's zone, Rasmus Jönsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Ziomkowski came out of the goal and Rasmus Jönsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciudad Tao FC's Rasmus Jönsson got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Ciudad Tao FC's goalkeeper Vincenzo Landa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wiktor Dropinski. Tomas Ciudad took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Ziomkowski. Sebastian Ziomkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. With his leg Vincenzo Landa managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when CHMIELAKI's Wiktor Dropinski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ciudad Tao FC's Vincenzo Landa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ciudad Tao FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osmar Goiano in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Ziomkowski saved CHMIELAKI from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Osmar Goiano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Ziomkowski was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Sebastian Ziomkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Ciudad in the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Tomas Ciudad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciudad Tao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Ciudad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wiktor Dropinski struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Vincenzo Landa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CHMIELAKI. After having played for 42 minutes, Tomas Ciudad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciudad Tao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Ciudad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oliver Wennerqvist hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Vincenzo Landa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Grabski in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wiktor Dropinski to strike the kick off in the second half. Maciej Tylinski kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Miron Zabel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Sebastian Ziomkowski made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Miron Zabel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Ziomkowski was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 92ndth minute of the game Wiktor Dropinski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciudad Tao FC's Vincenzo Landa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 94 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ciudad Tao FC's Miron Zabel fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head.
