Erik Cantona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but 莫义朋 made a huge save. Saga TF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Trond Gilde in the 12th minute. Arne Botnen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 莫义朋 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when 狄皓彬 came free, but Joachim Forseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joachim Forseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 温凡雄, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Cantona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 莫义朋 having to make a save. After 31 played minutes Saga TF got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Boeru. 33 minutes into the match, ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's goalkeeper 莫义朋 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Cantona. 莫义朋 made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Erik Cantona sent off a good shot on target. 39 minutes into the game, Jo Gvardiol threw the ball into play from the sideline. ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's 江剑超 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Joachim Forseth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 狄皓彬's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. When Iwo Gendolla fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saga TF's protests and gave Iwo Gendolla a yellow card for diving instead. ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's 尹文永 was substituted for 江剑超. After a rather tough play, Saga TF's Iwo Gendolla got a free kick in the 48th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 狄皓彬 made a kick off. ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's 莫义朋 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Backman in the 54th minute of play. ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰 made a substitution. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Saga TF from getting a goal against them. After 72 minutes, Leonel Marin mouthed his way into the referee's book. Leonel Marins short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Joachim Forseth to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Joachim Forseth stood somewhat misplaced when Leonel Marin came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 76 minute. Arne Botnen might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 莫义朋. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arne Botnen ran back to his position shaking his head. 80 minutes into the match, ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Botnen came free, but 莫义朋 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Arne Botnen made a precise shot to the right of 莫义朋. ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Erik Cantona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
