The audience was convinced that Thomas Vollmar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luca Jivulescu was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Luca Jivulescu came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Newcastle United's Thomas Vollmar. But to his dismay, Thomas Vollmar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mikolaj Jerzyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baal Ares went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Baal Ares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikolaj Jerzyk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Karadeniz Otay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikolaj Jerzyk. Newcastle United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karadeniz Otay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baal Ares in the 31st minute of play. After 35 played minutes Ares FC -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Mao Bin Ao. Thomas Vollmar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Luca Jivulescu made a huge save. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baal Ares in the 41st minute of play. Ares FC -MM-'s Luca Jivulescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Ares FC -MM- from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Baal Ares got free with Mikolaj Jerzyk in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mikolaj Jerzyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baal Ares's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Ares FC -MM-'s Lucrețiu Cuculeanu got a free kick in the 61st minute. Newcastle United made a substitution. Benedykt Gdaniec replaced Tadeusz Pstrongowski. After 62 played minutes Ares FC -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Lucrețiu Cuculeanu. 64 minutes into the match, Ares FC -MM-'s Baal Ares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mikolaj Jerzyk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65th minute Baal Ares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Jerzyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Julian Obuchowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Baal Ares reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mikolaj Jerzyk. The goal made the score 1-5. Baal Ares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikolaj Jerzyk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Thomas Vollmar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luca Jivulescu having to interfere. Viktor Eklund took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikolaj Jerzyk. Newcastle United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Baal Ares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikolaj Jerzyk. Newcastle United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baal Ares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Ares FC -MM-'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
