Omar Celino started the match with the kick off. Petr Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Celino, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. A collision led to TIBURON F.C getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Batıhan Toktuğ hit a great ball. In the 16th match minute, UFC Puturoasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mircea Musteatã to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Laurentzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Vanghele in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Dan Burduf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UFC Puturoasa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TIBURON F.C the free kick. Dan Burduf hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. TIBURON F.C's Miguel Laurentzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save TIBURON F.C from getting a goal against them. TIBURON F.C's Miguel Laurentzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Botnaru in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Ruslan Blanari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omar Celino took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petr Čech. Petr Čech dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. TIBURON F.C's Miguel Laurentzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save TIBURON F.C from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as UFC Puturoasa's Sandu Botnaru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Miguel Laurentzi. That made the score 1-1 after 36 minutes of play. 44 minutes into the match, UFC Puturoasa's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Edwardo came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stefan Vanghele was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mircea Musteatã hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingo Abilio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th match minute, TIBURON F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Abilio to maneuver through the defense. If Stefan Vanghele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes, Leandro Gonzalez Pirez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TIBURON F.C and the UFC Puturoasa players grew even worse after the yellow card. A hard shot 70 in the game by Cipriano Olando from a close distance when the talented Petr Čech managed to make a qualified save. UFC Puturoasa's players were relieved. Pavel Spãtaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Laurentzi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. TIBURON F.C's Miguel Laurentzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexei Caraman in the 90th minute of play. During the 92nd minute of the match Dan Burduf completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dan Burduf a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Dan Burduf hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
