After having played for 6 minutes, Israel Barea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viseu United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Israel Barea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Barea came free, but Stefan Ros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Israel Barea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Ros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Ros made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Israel Barea sent off a good shot on target. Edwin Näfver took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Txindoki. Adrian Txindoki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Adrian Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Näfver in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Viseu United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafim Tristão to maneuver through the defense. Jörn Liljeström charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jörn Liljeström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Glentown FC got a freekick which was hit by Jörn Liljeström. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Bernt Söderberg kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Viseu United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Silva to maneuver through the defense. Viseu United's Tenho Bolas was substituted for Ahmet Ali Tayfur. The supporters of Glentown FC booed when Viseu United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viseu United's Adrian Txindoki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Ahlkvist in the 74th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Glentown FC got a freekick which was hit by Jörn Liljeström. Stefan Ros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andaka Brito in the 81st minute of play. After 83 minutes, Edwin Näfver made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Viseu United's Adrian Txindoki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
