In the 3rd minute, Braulio Neto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicu Arghirescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 5th match minute, Zuberbühler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Crispo to maneuver through the defense. Francisc Cămărășan kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. When Braulio Neto came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Zuberbühler FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Neto couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the match, Narciso Jesco notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Club Sportiv Medgidia's Nicu Arghirescu. Nicu Arghirescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes into the match, Club Sportiv Medgidia's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Vargas came free, but Nicu Arghirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Matei kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Club Sportiv Medgidia's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Crispo came free, but Nicu Arghirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eduard Vasîlca lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Club Sportiv Medgidia's Eduard Vasîlca got a free kick in the 28th minute. Braulio Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Ungur kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Nicu Arghirescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Crispo in the 37th minute of the match. Club Sportiv Medgidia's Nicu Arghirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Crispo in the 40th minute of play. Elvio Crispo took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicu Arghirescu. Nicu Arghirescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Neto in the 46th minute of play forced Club Sportiv Medgidia's goalkeeper Nicu Arghirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilfredo Vargas was the one to do the kick off. Augustin Horea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Zoran Zahrádka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Ilie Vişoianu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Sportiv Medgidia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zuberbühler FC the free kick. In the 65th match minute, Club Sportiv Medgidia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilie Vişoianu to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute Braulio Gauargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicu Arghirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club Sportiv Medgidia's Horea Aplugăriței got a free kick in the 68th minute. Braulio Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Nicu Arghirescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Horea Aplugăriței managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Sportiv Medgidia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horea Aplugăriței was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferdinand Hidiș made in the 72nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Zuberbühler FC's Braulio Gauargi. After having played for 79 minutes, Wilfredo Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zuberbühler FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nicu Arghirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Jesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zuberbühler FC's Braulio Gauargi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ferdinand Hidiș, made in the 85th minute of the game. 86 minutes into the game, Zuberbühler FC's Braulio Neto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicu Arghirescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Zuberbühler FC's Wilfredo Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zuberbühler FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
