In the 37thth minute of the game Román Armada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Román Armada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los once leones Ourense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Román Armada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caetano Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Román Armada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los once leones Ourense's Román Armada got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Fernando Pitta kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Román Armada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caetano Monteiro. Icoara Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Román Armada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. The Los once leones Ourense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Román Armada sped through Icoara Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Caetano Monteiro.
