Salelles's Aritz Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 陆亮建 was shown his second yellow card after 35 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 35th minute, 陆亮建 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, 【粤】佛山黄飞鸿龙狮队's goalkeeper 莫枫洋 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Padro Cabrera. 莫卫笑 hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 莫枫洋 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aniceto Sarrate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leevi D Artagnan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geofredo Benito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, 傅骏震 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipo Guerrero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 莫枫洋 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geofredo Benito in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Aritz Arias made a precise shot to the right of 莫枫洋. 【粤】佛山黄飞鸿龙狮队's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 韩谦洋's late challenge caught a Salelles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 韩谦洋 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute Aniceto Sarrate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 莫枫洋 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 莫枫洋 came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Salelles's Geofredo Benito. But to his dismay, Geofredo Benito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 莫枫洋 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Padro Cabrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Salelles had won after a very even match.
