After 8 minutes, Deivid Cavalcante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olivedos and the Leripe Lifestyle players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute of the match Leripe Lifestyle got a corner. Olivedos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonardo Pernambucano ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Aníbal Marques took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Teodoro Santana to make any attempt to save it. Teodoro Santana didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Olivedos's Deivid Cavalcante shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 35th match minute, Leripe Lifestyle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. If Deivid Cavalcante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 played minutes, Olivedos's Paulo Renato Galvão shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teodoro Santana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olivedos reached it. Teodoro Santana was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Durval Simões capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Durval Simões really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Borys Soliwoda to make the kick off. A collision led to Olivedos getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Zézinho Trevisan hit a great ball. Leonardo Pernambucano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Patrick Miranda made a huge save. 56 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Doni Senna came free, but Teodoro Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Pernambucano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Patrick Miranda made a huge save. Valdir Cabral took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patrick Miranda. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Marques came free, but Teodoro Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Doni Senna notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Leripe Lifestyle's Teodoro Santana. Teodoro Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 71 played minutes Olivedos got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano Dias. Leripe Lifestyle made a substitution. Bebeto Bala replaced Borys Soliwoda. After a rather tough play, Olivedos's Luiz Fabiano Dias got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Olivedos's Patrick Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Huveneers in the 74th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Leripe Lifestyle's corner Leonardo Pernambucano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Patrick Miranda quite easily take care of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Pernambucano during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Olivedos booed when Leripe Lifestyle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Deivid Cavalcante in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Deivid Cavalcante's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodoro Santana was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Leripe Lifestyle's Teodoro Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Cavalcante in the 79th minute of play. Teodoro Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durval Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Renato Galvão hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Leripe Lifestyle's Percy Cardoso was substituted for Paulo Fernandez. When Olivedos's Durval Simões in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leripe Lifestyle's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Leripe Lifestyle defense, Aníbal Marques kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodoro Santana. The Leripe Lifestyle fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodoro Santana should have stopped the shot. Olivedos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
