The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jude Bellingham hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 13 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by 毛亮亦. Ertan Dural might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georg Ingvall. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ertan Dural ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Kattvik kings's Georg Ingvall got control of the ball when Ertan Dural tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kjell Wennerberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Müjdat Egelioğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. The corner led KOO Tigers's Alemdar Atasan to a score. 1-0 in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Wennerberg in the 34th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Müjdat Egelioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Kattvik kings's Philip Sundén got a free kick in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the match, Kjell Wennerberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Müjdat Egelioğlu. KOO Tigers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjell Wennerberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Müjdat Egelioğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jon Lagerberg in the 52nd minute. Kattvik kings's Georg Ingvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hurşit Tamerk in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of KOO Tigers booed when Kattvik kings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Hellkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Jens-Åke Hellkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kattvik kings! In the 58th minute there was a penalty for KOO Tigers. Hurşit Tamerk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Georg Ingvall. 2-1. 64 minutes into the game, Jon Lagerberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Müjdat Egelioğlu. Jon Lagerberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. The supporters of Kattvik kings booed when KOO Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antônio Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Antônio Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon Lagerberg got free with Müjdat Egelioğlu in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute of the game Jonas Telin made a throw-in which Jens-Åke Hellkvist played forward. A collision led to KOO Tigers getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Antônio Rodrigues hit a great ball. Müjdat Egelioğlu came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Kattvik kings's Jon Lagerberg. But to his dismay, Jon Lagerberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Georg Ingvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ertan Dural, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After a rather tough play, KOO Tigers's 毛亮亦 got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 99th minute Hurşit Tamerk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Ingvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
