Reuben Hanna was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After taking down the ball on Racing Miami Futbol Club's corner Reuben Hanna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karsten Hveding quite easily take care of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Daustad's goal looked a bit too open when Blair Lusk came free, but Karsten Hveding reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daustad's Karsten Hveding played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnathan Valle in the 39th minute of play. Karsten Hveding showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blair Lusk, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Glen Hoff was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 46 minutes had been played. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
