FC LIVERPOOL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nueva Adalucia the free kick. Rio Dunn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Bingen Madariaga made a huge save. Bingen Madariaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ed Sills, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC LIVERPOOL's Tommy Thompson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy-Floyd Sung in the 20th minute of play. FC LIVERPOOL's attack was well implemented in the 25th minute, but when Ed Sills was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Ed Sills's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bingen Madariaga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Ed Sills cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bingen Madariaga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Memphis Depay in the 35th minute of play forced Nueva Adalucia's goalkeeper Bingen Madariaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Leocadio Sirvent was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nueva Adalucia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC LIVERPOOL the free kick. In the 36th minute, Leocadio Sirvent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bingen Madariaga was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dale Dingle. In the 42nd minute of the match, Ed Sills tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bingen Madariaga saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Atilano Diez fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nueva Adalucia's protests and gave Atilano Diez a yellow card for diving instead. Bingen Madariaga acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 44th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dale Dingle. Nueva Adalucia's Atilano Diez got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The referee ordered Atilano Diez off the ground. FC LIVERPOOL made a substitution. Danny Busby replaced Justin Beevers. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute, Andrew Pringle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Thompson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mads Kollar, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Nueva Adalucia's Bingen Madariaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Dunn in the 65th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jimmy-Floyd Sung during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Nueva Adalucia got a freekick which was hit by Jimmy-Floyd Sung. Bingen Madariaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rio Dunn's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rio Dunn in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bingen Madariaga saved Nueva Adalucia from getting behind. After 83 minutes, Des Bancroft mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC LIVERPOOL and the Nueva Adalucia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes FC LIVERPOOL got a freekick which was hit by Des Bancroft. After a rather tough play, Nueva Adalucia's Alexandro Llorente got a free kick in the 85th minute. Bingen Madariaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rio Dunn's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The supporters of FC LIVERPOOL booed when Nueva Adalucia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandro Llorente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bingen Madariaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devon Edmonton in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Des Bancroft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bingen Madariaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bingen Madariaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rio Dunn in the 97th minute of play. After 99 played minutes FC LIVERPOOL got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Pringle. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC LIVERPOOL fully deserved thier win.
