Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Liviu Zubaşcu took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Jonsson in the 3rd minute of play forced Seagulls's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Smeekes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Joost Smeekes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Oskar Jonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Jonsson in the 6th minute of play forced Seagulls's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Smeekes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Uptown Otters's Francis Lefevre got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 9 minutes, Martin Andriessen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seagulls and the Uptown Otters players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Martin Andriessen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Oskar Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Zubaşcu in the 13th minute of the match. Carsten Klaasens struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Aimilios Manolas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seagulls. In the 18th minute, Rolando Tearle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uptown Otters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Uptown Otters getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Rolando Tearle hit a great ball. Jan-Joost Smeekes came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Uptown Otters's Karl-Oskar Jonsson. But to his dismay, Karl-Oskar Jonsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Aimilios Manolas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinhard Kloppenburg in the 31st minute of play. Liviu Zubaşcu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jan-Joost Smeekes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Uptown Otters's Omiros Tsartsikidis got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 42nd minute of the match Liviu Zubaşcu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan-Joost Smeekes skillfully saved the ball. Jan-Joost Smeekes came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Uptown Otters's Liviu Zubaşcu. But to his dismay, Liviu Zubaşcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reinhard Kloppenburg was the one to do the kick off. Martin Andriessen hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Stef Pragt lost his temper 56 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 58 minutes in the game Matei Mischie after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Jan-Joost Smeekes. A very good opportunity. In the 62nd minute, Rolando Tearle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aimilios Manolas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carsten Klaasens, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Smeekes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liviu Zubaşcu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebiu Surdilă got free with Jan-Joost Smeekes in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Seagulls's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Eusebiu Surdilă scored to the left of an out of position Jan-Joost Smeekes, making the score, 0-4. Rolando Tearle hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Liviu Zubaşcu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jan-Joost Smeekes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liviu Zubaşcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Eusebiu Surdilă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Seagulls defense, Eusebiu Surdilă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes. The Seagulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Joost Smeekes should have stopped the shot. The Seagulls fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uptown Otters were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
