When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Stephen Duxbury put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wilhelm Säv. Wilhelm Säv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Korzym, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vance Newbury during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vance Newbury kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Maciej Korzym had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilhelm Säv. Sundens BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maciej Korzym was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Daniel Wickander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Brearley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Daniel Wickander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Richard Brearley made a huge save. Wilhelm Säv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Korzym in the 39th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan-Ove Lindmark during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Sundens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Ove Lindmark to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stephen Duxbury made a kick off. Richard Brearley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jago Ballesteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, Sundens BK's Daniel Wickander got a free kick in the 54th minute. Jacek Kielb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Wilhelm Säv made a huge save. Sajeev Rajah scored 1-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Brearley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Korona Kielce eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
