Franja Dorada's Valentin Licerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Batuhin in the 13th minute of play. Valentin Licerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Batuhin in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Igor Tartalo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inge Marin. Cuatrodeocho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Tartalo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mevlüt Vurgun's shot from long distance in the 36th minute was not bad at all, but Cuatrodeocho's Inge Marin knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 37th of the match, Igor Tartalo tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Inge Marin got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 40th minute, Alonzo Firme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andy Entrena was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 42nd match minute, Cuatrodeocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Entrena to maneuver through the defense. Inge Marin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Jacob's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kaan Ayhan to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Cuatrodeocho got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Inko. Kaan Ayhan had a good opportunity to score a goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went on the wrong side of the left post. Cuatrodeocho's Eraldo Berardini was substituted for Kaan Ayhan. Apat Machado hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Tartalo came free, but Inge Marin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inge Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Jacob, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Tartalo came free, but Inge Marin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Franja Dorada booed when Cuatrodeocho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Inko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Tartalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Valentin Licerio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 91st play minute Iván Villafane came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Valentin Licerio. 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godofredo Inko during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cuatrodeocho's Godofredo Inko got a free kick in the 95th minute. Pedro Timo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Inge Marin. Cuatrodeocho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cuatrodeocho had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
