The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s Isaias Sazon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atalan Cebeci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fidel Macerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Atalan Cebeci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Sajones F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Baturay Zaim came free, but Pastor Frantzes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes RED KHAGAN got a freekick which was hit by Folke Malmström. Pastor Frantzes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baturay Zaim, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that Isaias Sazon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atalan Cebeci was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Atalan Cebeci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Quilo in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Folke Malmström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Sazon in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atalan Cebeci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Vedillo in the 34th minute of play forced Sajones F.C.'s goalkeeper Pastor Frantzes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Atalan Cebeci successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 41 minutes RED KHAGAN's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fidel Macerio who took care of the corner kick. Isaias Sazon made a great header on Sajones F.C.'s corner, it was just that RED KHAGAN's Atalan Cebeci managed to reach the ball for a save. Atalan Cebeci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Sazon, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Sajones F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fidel Macerio in the 44th minute. Atalan Cebeci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Macerio in the 46th minute. After 47 played minutes RED KHAGAN got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Vedillo. In the 49th minute of the match Sajones F.C. got a corner. RED KHAGAN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fidel Macerio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eliseo Claude was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaias Sazon made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaias Sazon in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atalan Cebeci saved RED KHAGAN from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Sazon in the 63rd minute of play forced RED KHAGAN's goalkeeper Atalan Cebeci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Sazon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atalan Cebeci having to interfere. RED KHAGAN's Rıfkı Beşer was substituted for Sacit Tezveren. When Folke Malmström fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RED KHAGAN's protests and gave Folke Malmström a yellow card for diving instead. Folke Malmström hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Hugo Raitin scored 1-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Atalan Cebeci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sajones F.C.'s Rucha Dupak was substituted for Halil Niğdeli. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Hugo Raitin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sajones F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Raitin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atalan Cebeci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sajones F.C.'s Pastor Frantzes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baturay Zaim in the 89th minute of play. Atalan Cebeci came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Sajones F.C.'s Hugo Raitin. But to his dismay, Hugo Raitin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.
