Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kim Lekberg in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristi Miheș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After taking down the ball on Savage Hippo's corner Eddie Bjurström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristi Miheș quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Lekberg in the 10th minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Cristi Miheș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Róbert Benkó. In the 38th match minute, Armada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by He Wei Feng to maneuver through the defense. Bengt-Arne Askstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kylian Henry in the 40th minute of the match. The Armada players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Savage Hippo were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Róbert Benkó was the one to do the kick off. Vilmantas Magdišauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Cristi Miheș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Kylian Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt-Arne Askstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Igon in the 57th minute of play. Bengt-Arne Askstedt came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Armada's Filomeno Igon. But to his dismay, Filomeno Igon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bengt-Arne Askstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Bitănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Bitănescu in the 68th minute of play forced Savage Hippo's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Askstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armada made a substitution. Vali Caramarin replaced Tião Beckenbauer. Armada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iosif Şiman in the 80th minute. Owen Tomaszewski tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Bengt-Arne Askstedt. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-2 in the 80th minute. Savage Hippo made a substitution. Virginijus Balčaitis replaced Kim Lekberg. 84 minutes into the match, Armada's Ma Feng Sen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt-Arne Askstedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bengt-Arne Askstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Bitănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Savage Hippo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
