The supporters of AMLUCHO booed when KIA KAHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdzislaw Rydzewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kerim Altunbaş in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Santilli saved KIA KAHA from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Selahaddin Esentürk was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Karl-Henry Roos made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Zdzislaw Rydzewski. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Selahaddin Esentürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Selahaddin Esentürk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos in the 37th minute. When Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the KIA KAHA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Kerim Altunbaş put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fabio Santilli. The KIA KAHA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AMLUCHO were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kerim Altunbaş to strike the kick off in the second half. Selahaddin Esentürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos in the 57th minute of play. After 60 played minutes AMLUCHO got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fábio Trevisan. KIA KAHA made a substitution. Pelle Flinck replaced Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mati Magen got free with Fabio Santilli in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Fabio Santilli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
