Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aníbal Alagoano started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Zé Carlos Monteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Cucao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaberto Cucao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Junior in the 5th minute of the match. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mainumby's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arsenio Gipuzkoa was slow to take the kick. During this time Jenipapo SC's players had a chance to rest. Jenipapo SC's Arsenio Gipuzkoa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Guaberto Cucao in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Guaberto Cucao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Aníbal Alagoano made a precise shot to the right of Guaberto Cucao. Mainumby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lázaro Chap kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 15 minutes Mainumby's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arsenio Gipuzkoa who took care of the corner kick. Jenipapo SC's Arsenio Gipuzkoa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Guaberto Cucao in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Guaberto Cucao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Cunha in the 18th minute of the match. Vinicio Junior scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guaberto Cucao, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Serafo in the 22nd minute of play forced Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper David Seaman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Aníbal Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Aníbal Alagoano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guaberto Cucao was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 35th minute Aníbal Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Cucao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Jenipapo SC's corner Arsenio Gipuzkoa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Guaberto Cucao quite easily take care of the ball. When David Isusko fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mainumby's protests and gave David Isusko a yellow card for diving instead. Mainumby's Guaberto Cucao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Junior in the 42nd minute of play. After 45 minutes of play, Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guaberto Cucao was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 48thth minute of the game Aníbal Alagoano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mainumby's Guaberto Cucao was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mainumby's Ezequiel Sugoi was substituted for Silvano Tiadoro. In the 51st minute Jenipapo SC were awarded a corner. Arsenio Gipuzkoa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Raphael Cunha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mainumby's Guaberto Cucao did a great save. The Mainumby players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jenipapo SC were winning 0-6.

If Vinicio Junior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aníbal Alagoano might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guaberto Cucao. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aníbal Alagoano ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Raphael Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jenipapo SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raphael Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guaberto Cucao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute, Nunez Gizon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Aníbal Alagoano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Aníbal Alagoano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guaberto Cucao, 0-7. Guaberto Cucao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 70th minute of the match. If Vinicio Junior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mainumby's Guaberto Cucao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Junior in the 74th minute of play. With his leg Guaberto Cucao managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jenipapo SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arsenio Gipuzkoa in the 75th minute. Jenipapo SC's Arsenio Gipuzkoa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Guaberto Cucao in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Guaberto Cucao came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano. But to his dismay, Aníbal Alagoano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aníbal Alagoano got free with Guaberto Cucao in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guaberto Cucao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Junior in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mainumby's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arsenio Gipuzkoa was slow to take the kick. During this time Jenipapo SC's players had a chance to rest. Guaberto Cucao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinicio Junior's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Jenipapo SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arsenio Gipuzkoa in the 90th minute. The corner ended in Börje Kämpe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mainumby's Guaberto Cucao did a great save. 92 minutes into the match, Mainumby's goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Alagoano came free, but Guaberto Cucao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Mainumby's Guaberto Cucao got control of the ball when Raphael Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aníbal Alagoano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-9 in the 99th playminute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jenipapo SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
