Boleslaw Nakoneczny kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goalkeeper Loco De la Maza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zygmunt Bielejewski. Damaso Inge kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Falckner FC booed when STAL ST WOLA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikolaj Lech didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gianluca Vialli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Novaes having to interfere. After a rather tough play, STAL ST WOLA's Zygmunt Bielejewski got a free kick in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in STAL ST WOLA's zone, Gianluca Vialli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moisés Novaes came out of the goal and Gianluca Vialli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute Mikolaj Lech shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco De la Maza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Falckner FC's Severino Gabrio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hayyam Özdoğan, made in the 36th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Vialli in the 37th minute of play forced STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Moisés Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

STAL ST WOLA's Stanislaw Domin was substituted for Gu Xiao Kun. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gianluca Vialli was the one to do the kick off. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 73 minutes into the game, Gianluca Vialli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Moisés Novaes. Gianluca Vialli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. After 79 minutes STAL ST WOLA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gianluca Vialli who took care of the corner kick. Mikolaj Lech's late challenge caught a Falckner FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikolaj Lech helped the player get up and apologised. Mikolaj Lech hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes STAL ST WOLA got a freekick which was hit by Damian Hodas. After a defensive mix-up in STAL ST WOLA's zone, Gianluca Vialli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moisés Novaes came out of the goal and Gianluca Vialli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Falckner FC's Urbano Shantala got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute Boleslaw Nakoneczny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco De la Maza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Falckner FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Falckner FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
