Qiao Ang Le received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Chowaniec came out and tried to block the shot, but Qiao Ang Le slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Los Merengues's Jan Chowaniec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qiao Ang Le in the 10th minute of play. Umberto Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Granberg in the 11th minute of the match. Jan Chowaniec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Los Merengues's goal looked a bit too open when Qiao Ang Le came free, but Jan Chowaniec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Chowaniec was a little too slow when Gilberto Soeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Chowaniec in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Soeiro in the 29th minute of play forced Los Merengues's goalkeeper Jan Chowaniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roch Chowaniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 minutes Pégasus F. C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karol Pankiewicz who took care of the corner kick. Karol Pankiewicz made a great header on Los Merengues's corner, it was just that Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha managed to reach the ball for a save. Xande Sharkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jan Chowaniec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Qiao Ang Le to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Roch Chowaniec came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bebeto Medeiros in the 55th minute of play forced Los Merengues's goalkeeper Jan Chowaniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Pégasus F. C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los Merengues had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
