An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Leceta in the 17th minute of play forced Vänge IF's goalkeeper Lorien Vilela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Leceta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Lorien Vilela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Constantino Bernad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lorien Vilela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Leceta, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Lorien Vilela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Epifanio Leceta went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, Vänge IF's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Leceta came free, but Lorien Vilela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Epifanio Leceta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorien Vilela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Vänge IF's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Leceta came free, but Lorien Vilela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lorien Vilela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Vänge IF's Sven Caspersson was substituted for Bengt Vestlund. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Epifanio Leceta to make the kick off. When Matxin Curro came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matxin Curro couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Epifanio Leceta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lorien Vilela was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Waldemar Korytkowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lorien Vilela having to make a save.
