After having played for 4 minutes, Dinu Pelin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Granicerul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dinu Pelin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinu Pelin struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Ludwig Fransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Granicerul. Ludwig Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Colin in the 11th minute of play. Manole Colin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludwig Fransson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Team Xtra personell's Ludwig Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Colin in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Granicerul's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Eklund came free, but Remus Vuia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Team Xtra personell getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Granicerul's supporters rose to their feet, but Jack Ares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludwig Fransson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dinu Pelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Team Xtra personell defense, Dinu Pelin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludwig Fransson. The Team Xtra personell fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludwig Fransson should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jim Kling to strike the kick off in the second half. Ludwig Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Ioneasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When Granicerul's Dinu Pelin in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Team Xtra personell's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the game, Niclas Blom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Remus Vuia. Niclas Blom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Jack Ares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Team Xtra personell's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
