Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Politehnica Timisoara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andrzej Cichocki was slow to take the kick. During this time Brow Team's players had a chance to rest. Andrzej Cichocki made a great header on Brow Team's corner, it was just that FC Politehnica Timisoara's Isac Hojbota managed to reach the ball for a save. Igor Siekierski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo-Enrique Bochini in the 10th minute of play. Brow Team's Igor Siekierski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo-Enrique Bochini in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes Brow Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Martin Crușeveanu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Martin Crușeveanu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Igor Siekierski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 19th minute, Ricardo-Enrique Bochini made a precise shot to the right of Igor Siekierski. Brow Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Brow Team's goalkeeper Igor Siekierski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the FC Politehnica Timisoara defense, Bogumil Wawro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isac Hojbota. The FC Politehnica Timisoara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isac Hojbota should have stopped the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Isac Hojbota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Mroczynski in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute Ricardo-Enrique Bochini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Siekierski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Martin Crușeveanu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Igor Siekierski, passed just outside the right post. Martin Crușeveanu struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Igor Siekierski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Politehnica Timisoara. FC Politehnica Timisoara's Isac Hojbota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Tipinski in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, FC Politehnica Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håvard Bjørke to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Ricardo-Enrique Bochini took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Igor Siekierski to make any attempt to save it. Isac Hojbota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Czeslaw Tipinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, FC Politehnica Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Tipinski came free, but Isac Hojbota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franciszek Modliszewski during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Brow Team getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Franciszek Modliszewski hit a great ball. Isac Hojbota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Tipinski in the 84th minute of play. Martin Crușeveanu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 93rd minute, Franciszek Modliszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ricardo-Enrique Bochini came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the FC Politehnica Timisoara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo-Enrique Bochini couldn't finish the play. The FC Politehnica Timisoara players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
