In the 10thth minute of the game Nereo Cacheres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Basavilbaso FC's Orvar Bäckström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leandro Merino hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Mao Si showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henric Springfält in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Nereo Cacheres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Springfält came free, but Mao Si reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orvar Bäckström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Cacheres, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Nereo Cacheres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Orvar Bäckström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nereo Cacheres's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Nereo Cacheres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orvar Bäckström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inocencio Guerrero during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 played minutes Basavilbaso FC got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Guerrero. Henric Springfält kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Orvar Bäckström acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 38th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Urdin Castan. 40 minutes into the match, Basavilbaso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo-Enrique Alabern came free, but Orvar Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nereo Cacheres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Radomir Ratulowski hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 52 minutes into the match, Dabi Vila notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Basavilbaso FC's Orvar Bäckström. Orvar Bäckström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henric Springfält in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mao Si saved Los once leones Ourense from getting behind. Nereo Cacheres succeeded in the game's 92nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Los once leones Ourense walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
