The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Romero Zeier put in a rough tackle. After 8 played minutes Reconquistense FC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Esquipula. Goliath Perna hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Walter Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Seme in the 11th minute of the match. After 12 minutes Fire Devils's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lino Esquipula who took care of the corner kick. Reconquistense FC's Lino Esquipula was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Walter Fransson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 15 minutes into the match, Lucas Seme notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fire Devils's Walter Fransson. Walter Fransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo Amado in the 20th minute of play. Walter Fransson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armindo Amado's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Amado in the 25th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Walter Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ueli Siegenthaler charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. If Armindo Amado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Fire Devils players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Reconquistense FC were winning 0-3.

A hard shot 52 in the game by Armindo Amado from a close distance when the talented Walter Fransson managed to make a qualified save. Fire Devils's players were relieved. Lucas Seme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Walter Fransson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armindo Amado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walter Fransson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Lucas Seme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Seme in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of Reconquistense FC booed when Fire Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Furcas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fire Devils's goalkeeper Walter Fransson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Jan Ahlqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Fransson. Fire Devils's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Ahlqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Walter Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Ahlqvist in the 79th minute of play. Lucas Seme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walter Fransson having to make a save. Andreas Furcas kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The Reconquistense FC fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Reconquistense FC's Jan Ahlqvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lucas Seme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reconquistense FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
