A sloppy throw-in by Börje Wenerdahl in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nacional's Felipe Carballo. Felipe Carballo got a throw-in 9 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Grabiel Escorcia. In the 11thth minute of the game Zé Tola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nacional's Juaneizu Merida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felipe Carballo made in the 12th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Grabiel Escorcia however managed to control. 郝皓林 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grabiel Escorcia's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Felipe Carballo made in the 18th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by José Luis Rodríguez. 郝皓林 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grabiel Escorcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Tola took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juaneizu Merida. Juaneizu Merida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 30th minute Nacional were awarded a corner. Xu Sha went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 34th minute, Waldemar Liberko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grabiel Escorcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Holfenhein getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Cebrail İhlas hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the game, Chris Lo Russo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holfenhein's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacional the free kick. Chris Lo Russo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Holfenhein were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Felipe Carballo hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 郝皓林 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Grabiel Escorcia notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Holfenhein's 郝皓林. 郝皓林 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 64 minutes into the game, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 郝皓林 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The supporters of Nacional booed when Holfenhein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morten Boye didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano Inverso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 郝皓林 having to make a save. 郝皓林 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grabiel Escorcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 郝皓林 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Nacional's Xu Sha got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 90 played minutes Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Xu Sha. Grabiel Escorcia scored 3-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 郝皓林, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nacional's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
